**Description:**
Manage inbound calls from small customers for product sales matters in defined territory. Answer questions regarding products, pricing, and provide information about additional products. Manage ongoing activities such as customer renewals, lead follow-up campaigns through outbound phone calls and email, organize documentation, SalesForce.com (SFDC) updating, well as other tasks as assigned. Qualify and develop leads for larger sales.
**Essential Job Functions:**
* Handle inbound small customer inquiries for defined territory
* Outbound calls for lead follow-up, typically individuals who have trialed a product
* Minimum of 20+ connected telephone calls per day
* Update and maintain account records in SFDC with all pertinent customer information
* Manage trial accounts, including usage control, and follow up for the assigned territory
* Organize lead generation activities for assigned territory
* Participate in strategic planning with Sales Manager
* Temporary account coverage when other members of Small Accounts team are absent
* Prospect for new business opportunities in assigned territories, pending number of leads available
* Resolve incomplete orders through outreach to customers
* Performs other duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications:**
* One or more years experience working directly with customers or working in an inside sales role
* Must possess the ability to manage, input, utilize, and analyze data in SFDC
* Ability to retrieve customer billing, subscription, and usage data from CSI
* Ability to manage sales campaigns supporting sales initiatives
* Ability making outbound phone calls to existing and prospective customers
* Ability to manage administrative tasks
* Experience working with various computer software such as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Ability to work with others in a team environment to achieve common objectives
* Must have strong organizational, communication and relationship building skills
**Preferred Skills and Abilities:**
* Must have good skills in: interpersonal relations, verbal and written communications, analyzing and organizing information
* Proven success in customer relations using telephone, e-mail, or other means
* Previous experience in customer facing or inside sales role
