Job Description: The Professional Development Administrator reports to the Professional Development Lead within the Business Development Capture Management Excellence (CMX) organization and is responsible for the administration and coordination of Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS) Business Development professional development programs, including processes, tools and best practices. Major Responsibilities Include: Administers and maintains all process aspects of the RMS Capture Manager Certification program including up to date maintenance of the existing Capture Manager Data Base, tracking compliance with current Corporate CMX guidance, preparing for and assisting in the execution of all aspects of Capture Manager Certification Boards Supporting preparation of periodic Corporate CMX Capture Management Talent Reviews, recurring Corporate reports and maintaining currency of demographic information related to the Capture Manager community Administer and maintain all process aspects of the RMS Emerging Capture Manager Development Program, including up to date maintenance of the Emerging Capture Manager Data Base, tracking associated funding and integration of Emerging Capture Managers into the talent pool. Ensure that all records are properly maintained as the program matures. Administer and maintain all process aspects of the RMS Proposal Manager Certification Program including up to date maintenance of the new Proposal Manager Data Base, tracking associated funding, coordinating training courses with the Proposal Excellence Team and preparing for and assisting in the execution of all aspects of Proposal Manager Certification Boards. Ensure that all records are properly maintained as the program matures. Administer and maintain all process aspects of the RMS Capture Manager Capstone Program, including all meeting logistics, venue selection, invitations, development and production of supporting documentation, guest speaker selection and awards. Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills: Proven administrative experience, expertise and success. Knowledge of RMS CMX professional development programs Minimum 3 years overall related experience Minimum 1 years working in the domestic/international aerospace and defense market, or equivalent Superior ethical standards and integrity: treat everyone fairly and with respect Proven ability to develop effective internal and external relationships Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and internet capabilities Desired Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Education: Excellence in time-management and ability to rapidly adapt to emergent business needs A working knowledge of the RMS organization and a broad understanding of Corporate related professional development programs The ability to solve time-sensitive administrative problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to produce superior quality work in a timely fashion while simultaneously managing numerous projects Required Education: HS Graduate or equivalent This position does not require a security clearance.
