Job Description Our law firm is seeking a highly dedicated, self-motivated individual that likes working in a fast-paced, challenging multi-task environment to be responsible for performing a range of general clerical and bookkeeping support functions. This job would require administrative support to both the accounting department and the paralegal/clerk department. Main Job Tasks and Responsibiliti es Process e-filing transactions Open and sort mail Receive, code and post receipt payments and prepare daily bank deposits Perform daily scanning and filing Daily data entry Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested Education and Experience At least 2 years of bookkeeping and clerical experience Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and procedures Proficient in MS Office (specifically merging documents and using Excel) Must pass a background check and drug test Key Competencies Time Management Organization Attention to Detail & Accuracy Teamwork Problem Analysis and Solving Verbal and Written Communication Skills Confidentiality
