Busy, locally woman owned nursing agency in need of a strong front office team member to help us grow! Ideal candidate will enjoy talking to people, helping people, and providing exceptional customer service. Small but fun and professional established office, offering room for growth! Most be detail oriented, organized and able to work independently.

Primary duties:

All human resource functions, to include employee recruitment, retention and compliance in all credentialing per facility policy.
·Screening resumes and managing candidates.
·Assisting and interviewing new applicants on line and in person.
·Creating files and maintaining employee credentials in a timely manner.
·Managing staff in order to maintain current credentials.
·Conducting annual employment evaluations.
·Obtaining and providing reference checks (dates and position only).
·Orienting new hires to all policies and procedures per employee handbook.
· Submitting background checks, drug screening, and testing as directed.
· Ensuring Human Resource programs and procedures are maintained and followed accurately.
· Providing answers to general employment and hiring questions, and addressing issues that may arise in a timely manner.
Updating computer to reflect accurate contact information.
·Developing and placing recruitment ads as needs arise.
·Utilizing traditional and non-traditional resources and a network of established contacts in computer to identify and attract talent.
Maintaining notes in all recruiting sites such as Indeed, Dashboard, etc. daily.
Contacting all qualified candidates daily, by phone and email.
Rejecting all candidates that do not meet our hiring criteria.
Must be a multi-tasker and someone who takes initiative. Strong computer skills a must Monday-Friday full time position/40 hours per week.
