IT Support is a
critical to the success of the IT organization, responsible for supporting
local and remote users in a growing company.
This hands:on position will support Windows:based systems, mobile
devices, and all software applications and services used by internal
employees. The selected candidate will
have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and
organization and company.
What Youll Be
and maintain systems running Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office applications.
Provide timely response to all issues, update internal customers
on status, solicit additional information when needed, and troubleshoot
technical solutions in department specific applications.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair
desktop, laptop, and mobile issues.
Follow up with end users, provide
feedback, and see problems through to resolution, with a focus on delivering
excellent customer service.

What You Need
for this Position
years of hands:on IT System Support experience required.
have an in:depth working knowledge and hands:on experience with Microsoft
Windows 7 and Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Active Directory.
Solid understanding of networking,
and its use in a typical corporate environment (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Microsoft certifications preferred.
College degree in IT or related field
Ability to effectively and efficiently
troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively,
verbally and in writing.
Self:sufficient, self:managed, self:motivated,
must be effective working independently.
