Join us as a Salesforce Database Administrator and/or Developer at our Tucson Arizona office to build and grow the company's Salesforce.com support functions related to customization, integration with other systems and deliver web self-support capability. The Salesforce developer will be expected to deliver rapid deployment of feature updates, upgrades and fixes as well as custom coding, triage system integration issues and add basic custom fields when designed. Salesforce Database Administrator and/or Developer Experience:Salesforce Developer CertificationPrior Salesforce Administrator experience2 years' experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Community and Service Cloud configurationSolid experience with SFDC development using:Visual WorkflowsVisual Force Pages/ComponentsSalesforce Data Loader, Apex (Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Apex Data Loader)Knowledge of SQL ServerExperience with Salesforce Lightning and Community BuilderHTML, CSS and JavaScriptGood project management and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with technology integrators and IT resourcesSalesforce Database Administrator and/or Developer Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field Salesforce Database Administrator and/or Developer Overview:Translate functional requirements into detailed technical design specifications, conduct research, technical analysis, design, development, testing and implementation for salesforce projects and enhancements based on industry best practices.Manage platform operations to facilitate continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment.Maintain, prioritize and report on development workflow, schedule resources.Effectively scope projects, define deliverables, and identify tasks necessary to deliver projects in line with stakeholder expectations.Manage and develop on-going customization/alteration of Salesforce Community.Develop web applications and web services using Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce or other web development technologies such as SOAP, REST, and XML.Drive optimization of Community workflows and processes within E-Commerce organization.Continually revise and streamline production processes to increase efficiencies.For Immediate Consideration: Please submit your resume via our career page at our recruiting video by visiting our website.
