This role is a fast-paced and challenging position that relies on one's ability to think fast and react quickly formulating creative solutions to pressing problems in order to serve our clients with the utmost dedication.On a day to day basis Retention Representatives will be called on to:Maximize every opportunity to provide quality customer service with each client interactionIdentify opportunities and offer solutions to retain accounts and card balances on every interactionEducate clients regarding the benefits of continued usage of Citi productsListen intently and ask probing questions to identify and explore client's needsManage diverse personalities and overcome client objections with a smileCommit to treating clients and teammates with the utmost integrity and respectChallenge yourself and raise the bar for excellence in customer service Citigroup Inc. and it subsidiaries ("Citi") are equal opportunity employers (M/F/D/V) and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristicQualificationsWe find that in order to be successful in the Retention Representative role candidates should have:Minimum 1 years of sales and customer service experience (financial services, call center, retail, etc.)Excellent communication, listening, negotiation/persuasion, and problem resolution skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, goal oriented and team based structured environmentProficiency with Windows based applications (ability to navigate within multiple screens)High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience requiredA strong interest in continued learning and career advancement opportunitiesExperience working in fast-paced, structured work environmentArizona Daily Star.
