Based in Chicago, Illinois, Prospect is a certified Women’s Business
Enterprise with a senior management team that averages over 30 years
of experience in airline and airport operations. With over 6,500
dedicated and professional associates, Prospect currently delivers a
broad range of services to airlines in 25 cities and 26 airports
around the country.

We handle catering and disabled services for all but one airline at
the Tucson International Airport. Must be dependable. Must be
punctual. Must have reliable transportation. Excellent customer
service skills a must. Tip Wage + tips

Excellent job for someone looking for additional or part time income,
after school, weekend hours, college job.

-Part Time Hours (up to 29-32 hours/week)

-Shifts Available: early mornings 4:00am-1:00pm, or late nights 4:30pm-12:30am
(these are the only shifts we are currently hiring for)

-Great job for supplemental income

-Must be able to work weekends, some nights, and holidays as required

All candidates MUST:

-Possess a valid government issued photo ID and Social Security Card
and have the legal right to work in the USA

-Pass a 10 year criminal background check (at a cost of $75 not paid
by the company), because we are in an airport you must have a clean
back ground with no felonies.

-Assist disabled passengers mostly wheelchair bound throughout airport getting on/off planes, assist with luggage, getting them to family members, rental car or parking lot area
-Use of tablet and radio
-Assist in aisle chair transfers (full lifts) for totally wheelchair bound passengers
-Respond timely to all airlines, Tucson Airport Authority, and TSA personnel
-Answer all customer service requests from all passengers
-Assist all airport personnel in emergency situations as needed
-Inspect and clean all wheelchairs
-Comply with safety standards
-Perform passenger well checks and preboards as needed
-Act as a Baggage Service Agent when needed
-Act as a day trainer for new employees
-Submit daily tip reports
-Airports operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
-Adhere to all airport protocol safety standards
