Duties & Responsibilities Fiber laser and fiber amplifier design, characterization and test. Fiber optics component design and characterization. Perform optical tests and measurements. This position will also require supervision of undergraduate/MSc/PhD students. Additional duties may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications PhD in Optics, Physics, Electronics, or related. At least 3 years' hands-on experience in the design and characterization of fiber lasers and fiber amplifiers. Experience in nonlinear fiber optics and ultrafast lasers. Preferred Qualifications Teaching experience.
