Client Services Associate (Scheduling Coordinator)
BAYADA Home Health Care, is seeking a professional, responsible and dedicated individual to coordinate home care services for our adult clientele in our East Tucson Assistive Care Office. In this role, you will become a member of a cohesive team dedicated to ensuring our clients get the best possible care within the comfort of their own homes. The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with families, staff, and referral sources. You must be highly motivated and possess the desire to build a career within the office and company. The demonstrated ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment is a must.

We want passionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients! The hours for this position are Tuesday thru Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm - some over time may be required to serve the client at the highest level.

+ Answer client inquires, take referrals, and schedule home care services
+ Source, interview and orient reliable and compassionate clinical staff
+ Develop strong and lasting relationships with referral sources and community resources
+ Facilitate local marketing and recruiting events to build a strong presence in the community
+ Oversee a caseload of adult skilled nursing clients to including staffing, scheduling and operations and administration
+ Handling compliance (ensuring field staff are in compliance with CPR, annual tests, PPD's etc).
+ Work independently while managing clients and family dynamics
+ Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree
+ Strong Customer Service experience necessary
+ Experience with Home Care, Case Management, or Recruiting a plus
+ At least 2 years of professional work experience.
+ Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and of successfully taking on increased responsibility
+ Superior attention to detail and high diligence with documentation while following healthcare policies and procedures
+ Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
+ Proven communication and PC skills
