Join our Distribution Center inTucson, AZfor an exciting opportunity to lead the HR team for the worlds leading off price retailer. As the Manager of Human Resources, you will be leading an HR team, supporting all DC functions across multiple HR disciplines, including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Union Relations, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Occupational Health. You will partner with the AVP General Manager, Facility Management, and Home Office Distribution Services Human Resources to provide strategic direction and support in order to maximize facility productivity, associate job satisfaction and ensure the development of talent for the facility and Distribution Center network.
:Implementing and managing HR policies, procedures and programs related to Employee Relations
:Fostering a leadership development and training culture at all levels of the organization, including coaching of the senior leadership team in the building and development of your own team
:Provide coaching and strategic advice to Senior Management regarding organizational development, succession and talent planning, and overall employee relations
:Benefits communications, enrollments and resolving related issues
:Compensation related tohourly and exempt level roles
:Labor relations to ensure a productive relationship with the labor union continues to benefit the employee and company
:Accountable for the accurate processing of payroll
:Ensure the operation and practices are in accordance with all government laws and regulations
:Oversees the performance management process for the entire building
:Promotes a culture of inclusion via recreation, promotions, diversity and inclusion training
:5:7 years of HR Management experience with a team of HR professionals
:At least five years of experience working as an HRBP or generalist work with exposure and experience across multiple HR disciplines
:At least five years of experience conducting investigations
:Experience coaching and partnering to develop company leaders
:Demonstrated experience in influencing, coaching and impacting the operation working truly as a business partner
:Labor relations and contract negotiations experience preferred
:PHR or SPHR preferred
