Job Description: The Integrated Program Management Analyst (IPMA) is a direct report to the Section Manager for the AWS Product Line within the Core Program Support (CPS) Directorate and matrixed to the SDBII Program Team. This position will support the SDBII Program. The SDBII IPMA will be responsible for partnering with program leadership to ensure program objectives are met on or under cost and on or ahead of schedule. This will include complex coordination between multiple entities on the SDBII program to achieve program objectives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Earned Value Management (EVM) including Variance Analysis, quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) efforts, budgeting, baselining, proposal support, scope control and communicating expectations in support of the program s Control Area Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Program Team (IPT) Leads. This position requires a dedicated, experienced individual who can be successful in a fast paced and demanding environment. The candidate will work with varying levels of management across all functions within the Program and the Product Line. The individual will work on process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all aspects of the organization. This position is a strong foundation for a career in program management, planning or EVM. The IPMA will run regular program status and scheduling meetings, maintain action item lists, perform meticulous follow-up to ensure actions are completed, and proactively coordinate across the program to help multiple program members develop an efficient program battle rhythm. The IPMA will also need to build key relationships with all internal stakeholders such as the Program Manager, CAMs, IPT Leads, planners, finance, EVMS Tier III and Program Integrators. There will also be opportunities to pull together, manage, support and/or submit monthly program Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). Key Job Functions: Analyze and document the root causes, impacts and potential corrective actions of cost and/or schedule variances Document impacts and recommend corrective actions to CAMs/IPT Leads to mitigate risk, regain cost or schedule slips, or capture opportunities Support Baseline Change Requests in order to maintain baseline validity when necessary; or when scope changes demand it Inform and recommend options to CAMs/IPT Leads on matters pertaining to EVM policies and/or compliance Ensure CAMs/IPT Leads accurately forecast labor and material requirements to produce reliable Estimates At Completions (EACs) Required Skills: 6+ years experience in the defense industry Demonstrated expert knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) as well as a working knowledge of program planning and financial analysis Ability to work in a matrix environment and advance programs that may have a high degree of immaturity and/or complexity Demonstrated Proficiency in the analytical and interpretive techniques to assess EVM compliance, materiality, and intent of process implementation Current Raytheon EVM Certification or Industry equivalent Demonstrated understanding of the 32 EIA-748 EVMS Guidelines, Raytheon EVMS Process Description Manual 10255, and the Corporate EV Procedures (EVMP-10 through 60) or Industry equivalent Desired Skills: Knowledgeable of full suite of EVMS tools and their application (MPM, APEX-EV, PMX Tool Suite, PRISM EV, etc.) Knowledgeable of the complete set of requirements for EVM external reporting Experience in program cost accounting and affordability initiatives Training development, facilitation, and delivery Proven oral and written communication skills with excellent presentation skills Ability to effectively interact and influence across enterprise-wide network/resources for information Knowledge of the EVMS Data Call contents and structure Required Education (including Major): Bachelor s degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Management) or related field combined with relevant years of experience 107553
